Required Documents

The following certificates/documents must be brought on the day of admission:

1. Admission Test Admit Card
2. SSC Original Certificate
3. SSC Original Mark Sheet
4. HSC Original/Provisional Certificate
5. HSC Original Mark Sheet
6. Character Certificate/Testimonial issued by the Head of the last attended educational institution
7. Citizenship and Unmarried Certificate issued by the local Union Parishad Chairman/Ward Commissioner
8. Certificate from the concerned Unit/Record Office (for candidates of serving/retired Armed Forces personnel, if applicable)
9. Freedom Fighter Certificate of the candidate’s father/mother (if applicable)
10. For tribal/ethnic candidates: Certificate of ethnicity and character certificate issued by the concerned Circle Chief and Deputy Commissioner
11. Four (04) copies of recent passport-size colored photographs
12. One (01) set photocopy of all certificates must be submitted and one (01) set photocopy must be kept by the candidate
13. Photocopy of National ID Card (if available)
